 &ldquo;form&rdquo; first (e.g., bank). This way, the key to an evolutionary
  services capability is orienting to a functional view rather than a form b
 ased view of products and services. FIBO enhances such a functional view, b
 y abstracting the underlying generations of specifications, into a semantic
  representation that can be reconfigured dynamically.</p>\n\n
