This session will discuss what to look for when trying to justify the benefits of data management for a business case, including what types of direct and indirect benefit to look for when interviewing stakeholders.
Susan has spent the last 30 years working in data management in various ways, including application development, data warehouse development and management, modeling, architecture, and governance. She was the Assistant Editor for the DAMA-DMBOK released in 2009, and the editor for the 2011 edition of the DAMA Dictionary of Data Management. She was also an editor for the DAMA-DMBOK2 released in 2017.
